Does it actually have some benefits or do we talk about it due to immense publicity? Yes, I am talking about Yoga. As we all know, India is where yoga originated. There are lots of anecdotes related to this. And what does it mean? Yoga originates from a Sanskrit word Yug, which means addition. Basically, it means joining our body with the soul and ultimately with the all mighty God. All this sounds quite mythological, but it has a scientific view too, I am talking about the unbridled body clock of ours, the body clock works on a hormone called melatonin which is released by the pineal gland of our body.
Yoga doesn’t deal only with physical fitness, it coordinates our body clock too and minds above all. Waking up early for a positive reason is good, but sometimes it is impeded by our smartphones, All these benefits what we use to hear about and physical exercises aren’t serendipitous, these have been proven after being applied for several years. So what’s wrong in adopting a healthy habit?
And it’s not that hard as we think of it. If we can get a healthy body, mind, and soul for free what’s better than this? And explaining it in today’s youth’s words, it’s a kind of healthy investment. Just by giving positive 20 mins a day, you can get to a healthy old age.
These aren’t just bookish words, I am nineteen and I am used to doing it since I was fifteen. Starting it is quite hard as all good things are, but once started it will become a reason to wake up early. It helps handle negativity, depression, stress along with internal problems which are the topmost problem of youths and nearly everyone is in stress, but yes it works, just give your 20 mins to your body to get a fit attractive personality, healthy body, a sound mind and of course it helps in building a positive attitude towards life.
