You Will Be Remembered Till Eternity

It’s too hard to believe you left us, you and your acting were very close to our heart. I still remember in 2003, the first time I saw you, in a telefilm in star plus “Star Bestsellers – Ek Shaam Ki Mulakat”. It totally changed my perception of acting and became interested in seeing what you had in your magic box. Throughout the years, you have mesmerized and entertained us with one after another surprise. I believe your contribution to the world film fraternity was just simply amazing.

With your boy-next-door look, and your ability to get into the shoes of a layman, made you reach closer to more and more common people who received enchanted entertainment from you. From Bollywood to Hollywood, whichever route you have taken, you left your mark. In movies as well as public appearances, you were so spontaneous, it always stunned me and increased my respect for you.

Your comic timing, shrewdness and innocence in many characters are the virtues that no one else could pose. When I watched ‘The Namesake’ I could instantly find the character the writer wanted to depict, you put the act more vibrantly that I imagined. It is very hard to describe how I admired your work. Even the most infamous project you were part of, you showed your charm and dismantled the theory that one has to be super dashing to be a protagonist.

Movies Of Irrfan Khan

As soon as Irrfan Khan made his mark in the film industry, many stereotypes were challenged. With your acting skills, charm and flamboyance, you earned what was meant for you. People from different age groups can easily connect to your acting. Most of the movies that you were a part of brought out many challenging issues of the society and a very pensive philosophy of life (Life Of Pi) was demonstrated with ease.

It is hard to entertain people and earn their admiration. The act needs to be evaluated deeply, the actor’s capability and intensity are also factors on how strongly the performances make an impact. The impact that you left with your work will talk for you for decades to come. Still, as I am writing this, it’s not possible to accept that you left us too early. Nevertheless, every book has its ending, but the ending of your journey is the beginning of an era where we will cherish our legend forever.
