WhyIWrite: Youth Ki Awaaz Gave Me The Freedom To Voice Myself

When I first began writing for Youth Ki Awaaz, it was out of my own interest. I felt the overwhelming power of writing for self and society. For me, this platform was “Never done before” or “The first experience of writing anything and everything”. I discovered Youth Ki Awaaz through social media when I was searching for a job, and now, I work as a content writer.

While working, I have realized that writing has no barrier. It should not be restricted to one business or brand. When writers remember their journey as a writer, they talk about discovering their roots as a writer during their schooling time or during the transition periods in their career.

When I was struggling to get a job in the engineering domain, I was left with nothing but the overwhelming feelings of regret and depression. I was unemployed at the age of 25 when most of my friends were either working or studying abroad. In that uncertain and unfortunate situation, writing helped me explore the world in just a couple of months.

I am a great fan of Youth Ki Awaaz. I appreciate their efforts in making this platform a great learning tool for beginners, intermediate, and even, expert writers.  I am very optimistic about the potential growth of Youth Ki Awaaz, with it reaching millions of people worldwide.

I look forward to publishing my writings on topics that interest me. I wish you have a fabulous year with great luck ahead. I have a few suggestions that I would like to give you: it would be very encouraging if you could run an awareness campaign about the Coronavirus and raise funds to address the needs of the poor dwelling in the cities of India.
