So let’s dig deep into this sort of problem which is not new and part of the world’s problems. As human beings, we must cure our ecological friends. All animals and nature are playing a vital role to nurture and protect humanity even though we are not offering them our love, care, affection, which they deserve. This is the tragical end of that elephant with her child who is caring in her womb if it is murdered so there were two murder and it is done by a human. The modesty of this female elephant is appreciated by everyone because she did not hurt anyone within the hour of her pain and anguish.it has seen whenever an elephant has been mistreated by any human they destroy everything which comes in their way. After this horrendous phase, she was standing in the river to get some relief out of her pain and burning sensation in her mouth.

Let’s dig deep into another phase of animal lives in which they are also abused by humans.

Animal abuse can categories in 2 category

Commercial- Commercial animal abuse which is done by an organisation for its benefits.

Individual- personal abuse is a matter between human and animal at the individual level.

Another level of animal suppression is cruelty by person or any organisation which is caused for some benefits.

Every country has its laws and set of rules for the protection of animals.

Understanding of the laws: Understanding of the laws is very important and spreading awareness about this law is more than that important. By The  various sources we can widen the information about animal abuse. and deep understanding of animal abuse and laws also play a vital role to prevent any crime against animals.

Laws against animal cruelty

1 Sections 428 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code and the Cruelty to Animals Act of 1960 make it illegal to maim or cause injury to any animal.

2  It is a crime to feed any toxic food to street animal.criminal can be caught under section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act of 1960.

Article 51A (G)  comes under the concern for the protection of the river, leaf, wild life, this article related to the love, care and concern towards the animal.

Suggestion –There are several suggestions to deal with this viciousness.

Those who believe in animal welfare they believe in larger cages on the other hand animal right belongs to let animals live free without any cages and restrictions in their natural surrounding,

There are many  rules and regulations in India for animal protection but somewhere we need to eradicate root causes which lie in the society

Solutions for animal protection

1 Need to make people sensitive towards the animals pain, suffering  by the campaign and  other activities

2 Keep them at your home without any cages and restrictions.

3 As a human, we can understand their need by their body languages as they are not able to communicate in human language

4 We must be grateful toward them as they always show their unconditional love towards humans.

5 we need to take some remedial measure for endangered species

6  National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary is the right place for their survival.

7 We must prefer veggies and pulses rather than meat of animals. To be vegan is an extremely good option for us and various alternatives are in the queue.

Health Benefits to keep the pets.

We can take their help in any activity without hurting them.

The animals can also participate in Various therapy for human beings. One among the all of the therapy I am mentioning here.

Pet-therapy- By using this therapy we can cure mental illness of human beings.Nowdays everybody is facing stress, mental trauma, anxiety and so on.To deal with all these obstacles of life we tend to take medicines and treatments but we do not know a very effective and healing therapy.Pet therapy is very impactful to deal with mental issues. If you have a pet you can make your life joyful due to eternal love of your pet.

 Individual efforts

Individuals can also take the steps which can be far-reaching and impactful for animal welfare.

Foster homes –providing foster homes for any animal who is unplaced is a great way to show love, respect, care for them.

Inform animal cruelty-Report animal cruelty, abuse or neglect. Report that as early as possible to prevent further cruelty.

Ø Demand stricter laws- Strict law is mandatory to deal with these barbaric issues.

Ø Educate the people –provide minute details linked with animal care, concern, cruelty, law, and rules.

Ø Providing shelter –whenever you find any stray animal alone or shelter less try to provide or make a shelter for him.

Set your example  for your kids  to love and care to the animals

Ø Spread all the benefits regarding keeping pets at your home in your surroundings.

Conclusion- To sum up I would like to say that whatever the problems we are facing at the national or international level can be solved easily after knowing the reasons and latter providing solutions.

The tragic ending of a female elephant in Kerala is an alarming sign of endangered species of animals. we need some strict law and rules, awareness programme, campaign and observation of the decreasing number and course of their death to protect the whole world of animals by us.
