The brain works good and fresh over special time. When we wake up late the efficiency of the brain decreases. The pressure of good must decreases our focus on studying and learning. We focus on marks rather than understand ingredients something. If marks are good or bad doesn’t mean we can get a good understanding.

We know things so well put pressure enables us to forget things during exams and later in life. Whatever we have studied once remains with us throughout life. We need to understand the importance of understanding things by our deep study. Pressure of good marks should not be there. If we concentrate on understanding things then we will automatically get good marks.

This undue pressure of goods marks everywhere has impacted our mental health so bad that we can’t sleep properly. Moreover, we can’t eat properly as stress is always there as an evil. It is really an evil that is hitting us simultaneously. If the brain is stressed then the entire body is stressed and we feel weak. Such stress should be avoided if we concentrate on studying directly and understanding things in a proper way.
