Shri Prime Minister Ji,
On this day, you were born. Undoubtedly, a happy day for you, your reactionary allies and (because and only because you are a faithful, if sometimes a bit careless, servant) your bourgeois masters. However, for the great masses of the people (even if a great many of us do not yet realise it, because of the special cocktail of the usual capitalist spectacle mixed with the drugs of religious fervour and nationalism that has been forced down our throats by the bourgeoisie) today is nothing to be happy about.
For your existence, Shri Pradhan Mantri Ji, has proven to be quite a bit harmful to the existence of the great masses of the Indian people. I do not have space here to enumerate all the various ways in which you (unsurprisingly, even now) advance the general profit and power of the capitalist class by giving them yet more sophisticated tools to further oppress the working people. For instance, in the name of labour law ‘reforms’, destroying what little protections existed for the workers in only the organised sector, and squeeze them to death. Also, the various ways in which you advance the ‘reactionary’ project (no example is needed really, but if you need a reminder – riots, lynchings, murders, arrests, demolitions, the CAA, etc.).
But I do have the space to warn you: the spectacle can last for only so long. Already conditions are becoming intolerable (not only for the proletarians but also for your sewaks, the petty bourgeoisie, and the middle classes. And, the middle classes are historically unloyal; it will not take much time for a large section of them to abandon you, of course, with necessary work by the progressive forces) and soon enough the spell will break. When the spell breaks, Shri Pradhan Mantri Ji, you (and your reactionary allies and your bourgeois masters) will not like it very much.
If the question ‘why’ presents itself to your mind, I would like to refer you to a real study of such historical events as the Russian Revolutions, the ultimate fate of the fascists in Germany and in Italy, etc. Here, a clarification must be presented immediately: Do not flatter yourselves, Pradhan Mantri Ji; I do not credit you with anything but for being a tool in the hands of Capital and a symbol for the reactionary project, that is, you are entirely replaceable and completely ordinary; you are merely a servant, and not even a partner, of the bourgeoisie.
At the end, Pradhan mantri ji, an appeal – सुधर जाइए, प्रधान मंत्री महोदय! क्योंकि इतिहास आपसे अधिक क्रूर तो है ही, लेकिन वह आप से कई गुना अधिक शक्तिशाली भी है।
P.S. 1. What is your problem with sexuality? Only three days ago, through the Solicitor General, your government has argued in the Delhi High Court that same-sex marriage can not be legalised because it goes against the value system and laws of the nation. What an utterly profound argument!
P.S. 2. You know, in your honour, the unemployed have christened this day as the National Unemployment Day! Congratulations!
