Battle In Bihar: “Political Field Looks Dusty, Volcanic And Tough As Hell”

Political activities of the leaders in Bihar are now increasing with the announcement of the assembly polls dates. The elections on as many as 243 seats will be held from October’s end to November’s beginning this year. The political field looks like dusty, volcanic and tough as hell.

Debates and discussions on prospects of the main political parties have started. Just now, the people of Bihar also got interested in understanding the direction of the political storm. They were wondered at certain shifts in the skilled politicians’ reactions. What is being realised from their statements is that they are avoiding flighty words.

This is clear from the tweet, “Utho Bihari, Karo Taiyyari/ Janta Ka Sashan Abki Bari, Bihar Mein Badlav Hoga/Afsar Raj Khatam Hoga/Ab Janata Ka Raj Hoga. (Wake up Biharis, it’s time for the citizens to rule. Bihar will change, Bihar’s people will now be the rulers.”

Without a doubt, there remains at least one month to win the voters’ hearts for the three-phase elections. The leaders would immediately arrange to see all the aspects of the volcanic electoral battle which they had experienced earlier too, and because of that share of their political knowledge, they will have to ably strategize to remain rational and efficient at every turns and odds. Though there was nothing absolutely difficult about countering the war of words as long as the party leaders are intelligently scheming their purposeful efforts.

Is there any political wave during this edition of assembly elections? Of course, there looks no political wave; the people want real development in the state. Huge damage through the spate of floods, the return of labourers and acute carelessness towards hospitals would sway the trend of the elections, as is perceived. Will Sushasan Babu be able to return at the helms of affairs once again or Lalu will bring the expected change?

This time, as political pundits say, the very role of the competent politicians in these elections will truly prove to be crucial as well as critical in their emotionally luring therapy process. JDU leader Nitish Kumar has already gird up his loins by declaring his attention towards the launching of several developments works. His planned leap into the electoral routines has already begun, as he declared recently. It is being projected that JDU would win 220 seats while RJD sees the direct fight with the BJP in the state elections.
