Project Blue Ribbon Survey: “What If There’s No Paedophilia For A Day?”

project blue ribbon

Project Blue Ribbon is a youth led organisation that aims to raise awareness on Child Maltreatment.
This project supports child rights, raises awareness against child abuse and aims to construct a world where the rights of the children are protected and honoured in a society which is built on dignity, justice and equality.

Through the works of this organisation, we will try to enable a sense of responsibility amongst people for the betterment of such children and together put an end to violence, abuse, maltreatment and exploitation of children.

Child maltreatment is a global issue that needs to be addressed immediately. It leaves a lifelong impact on children by not only affecting their physical health but also mental and emotional health. Approximately one in every 5 women and one in every 13 men suffer from child abuse. Hence, it is important to prevent it from happening by all means.

We recently conducted a survey on a situation where we asked our followers what if for 24 hours there was no paedophile in the world and the results were astonishing.

Almost half of our majority think it will be a great place to live in and children will have a safe environment to play.

We also received responses where our followers said they wouldn’t be worried about their children if they wanted to play in the park all by themselves and make their children wear clothes without being scared of what society might think.

Our followers believe if there is no pedophile our society will be a better place to live in and our future generation, i.e. the children, will have a better future without feeling judged by others.
