Fruits and vegetables contain quite antioxidants and minerals, which are very helpful for your body.
- Regular exercise helps in throwing away toxins and endorphins, which proves harmful for our body. Circulation of blood is also improved much if you exercise daily. In fact, blood circulation helps you fight against any disease.
- Release stress by doing yoga and meditation. Stress also causes your face to look ugly and old by taking a lot of traction on your brain; you will lose your blood. Stressed out people gain weight very quickly and look more aged than their age. Stress can enhance the ageing process if taken more.try to keep your body relax in all conditions problems will be there but you have to handle them with a happy face.
- Do not apply artificial cream to your face as they can harm your face because they contain a chemical that is not suitable for your face. Try natural materials like aloe vera, rose water, which heals your body in natural ways. Keep your body more hydrated by drinking water.
