Who Is Going Lead From BJP In Bihar?

Can we have a little more clarity on Bihar? Would the BJP mind doing it for the sake of our convenience? Who is their leader? Under whose guidance and direction are they going to contest the Bihar assembly elections? I don’t understand why except for Nitish’s obedient and committed deputy Shri Sushil Kumar Modi, other state leaders of Bihar BJP are choosing their conduct and point when it comes to Nitish babu. Why are they shirking to buy the anti-incumbency blame of the last fifteen years against Sushasan babu?

They shouldn’t forget that they were equal alliance partners with Nitish Kumar’s JDU in Bihar. Otherwise, why would have Nitish sacrificed Laloo Prasad Yadav’s RJD in July 2017 for a Sushil Kumar Modi? Maybe, Tejashwi Yadav was not mature enough to handle the profile and position of his deputy. Sushil Modi is a sound political player of this art and craft. All aside, why is BJP now relying heavily on Narendra Modi by altogether abandoning Nitish Kumar.

Does it make any sense to any of us? How can welfare schemes and packages announced by the Centre do a good to the fortunes and faith of Bihar? A lot was talked about in the 2015 assembly elections. Were you able to fulfil any of the promises then Mr Prime Minister? Stop selling schemes and come up with a fine blueprint inspiring innovations and investments in the state. I know BJP is sincerely hoping to have a shot at power by coming up with an OBC face in the state for Chief Ministership. That is if it comes anywhere close to a good showing and strength in the assembly elections.

Who knows if both Manjhi and Kushwaha are made deputies to Nityanand Rai, a tall leader of BJP in Bihar. Will this projection translate into the scene on November 10? We need to take a pause and rethink for a while. I know how the BJP is reacting and responding to Nitish’s close cables with the Congress in case of a hung house. Believing Nitish might do a Laloo with them, the BJP readily agreed on Chirag Paswan do what otherwise he couldn’t perform and present at the first place.

He won’t let down the teachings and training of his late father, Shri Ramvilas Paswan. As for Sushil Modi’s comment on the LJP, it has already walked away from the NDA fold in Bihar as for the discomfiture with the leadership of Nitish Kumar. At the centre, they are very much a core constituent of the Narendra Modi government. KC Tyagi, JD National Spokesperson called this move by Chirag Paswan a ‘suicidal act’.

Who awarded the authority to Chirag and in what capacity? Did his late father back this decision? Let me not go into the details. Space for suspense should always find its way in Politics if not for the unpredictable character and composition of Indian Politics. I mean to ask Nityanand Rai, Nandkishore Yadav and Sanjay Jaiswal of BJP if they stand and support Sushil Modi’s take on LJP? Plus, why are they dissociating and disengaging themselves from Nitish Kumar? Have they forgotten that Nitish and BJP were natural allies in Bihar for so long

Were they not there when JP Nadda, BJP’s President, made this announcement in Gaya a few days ago? Please come up with some merit in your argument and acknowledgement, BJP.

As with this, I rest my case before your conscience.
