Yes, we all are now aware of the Hathras gang-rape incident. The most ever heart-wrenching incident that one has ever seen.
But India has become immune to such heinous crimes. The case of Nirbhya, Gudia, the girl in Hyderabad and numerous hair-raising episodes breathed along with us. We have already survived these brutal rape cases. So this is not a new thing for us.
Let me explain the whole episode. This type of case will be for sure followed by some political vendetta.
Then all-news channel of our country will be proudly seen showcasing the pathetic state of the victim’s family.
Then the first track court will by virtue of all witnesses penalize the sinners. Well, whether the morale of the lawbreakers will be curtailed? No! Again a new Nirbhya will be surged to paint our face in the colour of black and humiliation. The guilt-ridden downfall of our society will never allow us to sleep peacefully.
Our inability to ensure our girl child from the monstrous hands of some habitual offenders will never let us relax.
Only some exemplary and stringent punishment will be meted out to combat this barbaric deed.
