The Covid-19 Pandemic has affected the mental health of many people around the world. Mental health is a crucial part of our daily lives. It depends a lot on our daily activities, environment and the level of happiness around us. Food and sleep are very important in determining an individual’s life and mental health. A lot of people have faced changes in their sleeping and eating patterns during this pandemic.

Many people have lost their jobs due to the pandemic and this has affected them a lot. Losing a job and having no money can lead anyone to depression; and money has the power to do that. People who are led to depression are stressed about finding a job. This can make them pessimistic and can further lead to mental health disorders. Once a person is affected by a mental health disorder, it becomes really hard for them to overcome it.

Many surveys show that this pandemic has hit people from low income groups most intensely. Every individual has struggled in their way. The number of suicide cases has increased a lot this year. Taking care of our mental health is not so easy. People who have an existing mental health condition have been affected by the pandemic even more. Many people are also stressed and worried about their family and children. Stress can often lead to depression, and depression can make you feel alone.

No matter what’s happening around the world, one must keep trying to stay mentally strong and overcome everything with positivity. They must keep their mind stable. To develop mental strength against these difficult times, try yoga or other physical exercises. Stay healthy and stay brave, everyone. Walk through it and win through it.
