Opinion: “Tejashwi Yadav Deserves A Chance To Lead Bihar”

tejashwi yadav

Does Bihar need a Tejashwi sarkar? Considering the situation and circumstances, many would want to throw their weight behind him. But a young, confident and courageous Tejashwi might find his going tough. Had it been for Laloo, the RJD would have immensely prospered and benefitted.

Anyways, the high anti-incumbency wave generated against the fifteen years of Nitish’s rule in the state has prompted many to pick up their positions and sides. For some, the BJP can be a better alternative and for some endorsing Tejashwi might prove to be a game-changer. But with an uncertain Chirag Paswan, this election can go any way thanks to the smaller outfits of Owaisi, Kushwaha and Pappu Yadav.

In case of a hung house and if the BJP fails to get less than 80 seats, the RJD can become a favourite. Provided both the Congress and CPI perform decently, enhancing the prospects for Tejashwi. Bringing the warring factions in the RJD to an agreement, he can lead the party to an understanding with the leaders disappointed and disenchant with the RJD.

Tejashwi being a brave and bold character possesses the persona and prowess to connect and conduct with the rising aspirations and expectations of the people cut across class, caste, community and region, intertwined in the RJDs performative politics of social justice and empowerment by standing true to his ideological command and commitments.

As for his transformation from political naivety to an outstandingly outspoken orator, Tejashwi has perfected the art of presenting his contentful politics laced with figures, facts and data. Daring any situation and circumstances, had it not been for Nitish Kumar’s betrayal in July 2017, he couldn’t have been able to find him in such a space.

Primarily, this has been distinguishably advantageous for Tejashwi Yadav to organise, orient and soak himself wholeheartedly as a leader. As for us patiently lending ourselves to audience him exciting and inspiring us in his capacity. What is the harm in emulating from his strengths leaving aside his weaknesses for a while

Chirag Paswan, who considers himself as Tejashwi’s elder sibling, has a lot to learn from the latter. If not for his playing from behind the bushes in a move that could set the carpet rolling for the BJP in the state. Chirag’s hurry and rush could be well assessed and analysed.
