I could be wrong. But it seems that’s all we do nowadays, living in denial by closing our eyes to the bitter truth. Nobody likes to change. But there is a stark difference between what we “like” and what is “happening .” Rising sea levels, soaring temperatures, health issues, as much as I would like to believe otherwise, are all real. The sooner we accept that, the better.
The day you and I (and the majority of people on Earth) realize that global warming is not a “hoax” (ahem, ahem Trump) but the “horrifying truth” will be the day mankind inches a step closer to a better future. The day we realize that global warming causes us harm and ruins our future in multiple ways, we shall take another giant leap toward a happier tomorrow.
