This article is with reference to a digital documentary created entirely in the pandemic, called ‘Stories Unlocked’. We, a small group of college students extremely passionate about filmmaking, came together to build this project based on the idea that college students are one part of society that has been badly affected by the pandemic and widely ignored in this time as well.
This documentary features stories of 4 college students, each of them undertaking unique journeys in life and seeks to explore their stories on the pandemic and how they have managed to sustain themselves despite it. This short documentary offers you a half-hour of relatability and perhaps even motivation, no matter what age you are.
The trailer was released on 25th October on YouTube and Instagram. It has garnered 400+ views and been given much love. The documentary was released on 29th October 2020 and within 15 hours, it crossed 400+ views.
This is an apt platform to put out this piece of work since it seeks to amplify the voice of the youth and put forth what a few of the young are currently thinking and doing. If you do watch this documentary, please feel free to reach out and give feedback. Your opinion matters more than you think!
