When Will India Have A Language-Friendly Education?

We are very close to the Diamond Jubilee or the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence and the Government of India is still sitting over proposals to delineate specialised courses in mother tongue or vernacular language for rural people who struggle to learn the English language in order to attain technical knowledge. It is a stumbling block for those who have a background in a vernacular medium; their struggle, faced while pursuing professional courses, knows no bounds.
