Are We Misinterpreting Health And Fitness For Abs And A Perfect Body?

Life is a path of exploring, discovering and learning from our experiences on our journey. This life is a beautiful piece of art of our own destiny. The piece is a composition of different colours and structures. Each part has its own unique feature, which sometimes has been underrated or degraded by making simple comparisons.

In this world of modern fashion and trends, real charm gets shadowed under the blanket of the word ‘perfection’. Perfection, a term which, in this jet age, is the backbone of a lot of organic and fashion industries. Real art gets hidden under the layer of so-called cosmetics. Does perfection just mean highlighting our outer face while killing the peaceful soul underneath?

A study found that nearly 65% of young American women report disordered eating behaviour. The younger generation understands the meaning of health and fitness only in terms of abs and a perfect body shape. Nature is artful and has given different body structures to human beings. Then why don’t we respect their real appearance, how they are and how they can be with you? It is really sad that our comments or views can hurt someone by heart and even can make them vulnerable about their looks in a long time.

When one says you are imperfect for every perfect, what is the meaning of this perfection for you? Imperfection too has the term ‘perfection’ in it. The one who you think is imperfect can be perfect from someone else’s point of view. So, never belittle yourself, even if people around you are harsh. Start loving yourself and you will soon feel the magic of positivity that you are chasing for yourself and others.

Love yourself.

You are perfectly perfect the way you are.
