Life Is Unpredictable And There Is Enough Proof Around. But How Do We Adapt?

“It is not in our stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves.” This quote was written by William Shakespeare.

You never know what life will present to you the next moment. It may shock you or even give you happy tears. I believe life is definitely unpredictable, and the evidence is right in front of us, in the form of Covid-19. Who knew that a pandemic would occur all of a sudden and life would come to a standstill? Of course, it came as a shock to us. It all happened due to our treatment of our environment. We all started thinking, ‘I wish I had visited this place or met this person.’

Life is always ongoing, at times stressful, yet so amazing. I know that at this point of time, our stress and anxiety levels have reached their peak, or even crossed their peak for many. However, we are gradually adapting to this new normal and living life through other ways while also keeping ourselves safe.

Similarly, say one moment you might be elated and screaming with joy when you get a promotion in a job or got proposed, but the next moment, you get some challenges that may be about your health. Look at the changed scenario. Perhaps, I feel that everything happens for a reason, it’s all about how you perceive or react to that unpredictable challenge thrown at you.

Of course, you are human and are allowed to process it in your own ways, but one also has to learn how to adapt or live with that unexpected obstacle in life. To conclude, life will throw challenges at you, but do not get so muddled up in the negativity of the situation that you lose yourself. Help yourself grow, process it at your own pace, but know how to not always take it so seriously and just smile it away!
