“Life is but a dream, do not turn it into a nightmare.”
Insecurities arise when we lack confidence and do not believe in ourselves when we compare ourselves to others. We are envious of others when we feel we aren’t beautiful/handsome or rich, or when we get blown away by “what will others think of us!”
The fear of losing a friend or someone you love, fear of finding a perfect match for you, fear of being cared for or loved back, or the fear if you’ll get a really good job in the future are all insecurities.
Insecurities can lead to anxiety and disappointments. Relentless yammering that goes on in our brain due to insecurities makes us weaker and weaker. Insecurities demolish your self-confidence and stop you from respecting and loving the real you.
You feel like people around you are stronger, they have got more advantages and opportunities than you. You find yourself imperfect as compared to others. Okay, you can be imperfect. But is the other guy PERFECT? Everyone over here has a story, a different one, which is absolutely not similar to anyone else’s.
Everyone over here has a story, a different one, which is absolutely not similar to anyone else’s.
If they have opportunities and advantages around them, you too have got them around you.
Those which are the best and with which you can rise high with perfect alignment. It just requires your immense positivity and confidence to see and seize them.
Insecurities sometimes deprive you of taking a stand for your own self. Because you care that the other person may not like it or get hurt if you argue or correct them. A man with confidence and cheerfulness attracts others. Insecurities can cause relationships to ruin.
You expect from the other person because you are insecure, and expectations can never be fulfilled. When you do not get care and affection back, you get disappointed. You make your happiness dependent on others. Your happiness depends truly and really on you. When you yourself can’t make yourself happy, there isn’t any point in expecting from others.
You might not be perfect, but remember, nobody really is. Everyone has got insecurities. But if you really want to turn the ship around, make sure you try to overcome them, and you don’t hold on to them.
Raise yourself by giving you the love you deserve. Spread love and spread happiness. Learn and appreciate what’s good in others. Be ready to grab the opportunities around you, and do not hesitate to stay away from what’s hurting or distracting you.
