It’s About Time We Accept That PERIOD IS PURE!

“Charity begins at home.” Periods are often considered taboo in our society. Growing up with two sisters has imparted and evoked empathy in me towards all the women who come under the traditional binding, something which is natural and, in fact, GOD’s gift.

One could easily realize how vulnerable people are by the statics that nearly 52% of Indians are exposed to fake news. As I mentioned, charity begins at home. I inferred that if society is really in need of a change, then acceptance should be the first catalyst for it.

Representation Image. No law or debate can bring change until it rightly addresses the sense of acceptance that PERIOD IS PURE!

There is a certain belief that at the time, women were often considered impure and ill-treated, which was against the basics of the fundamentals of freedom and democracy.

Do no academic books educate us about puberty? It is an utter disdain that despite 76 years of independence, we’ve blatantly failed as a modern society. No law or debate can bring change until it rightly addresses the sense of acceptance that PERIOD IS PURE!
