1. History/Heritage: How can you proceed, significantly and relevantly, unless the process begins with an in-depth, understanding and appreciation of the history and heritage of a particular group, and, why/if, could it be meaningful, for this particular organization Ali Sami farooq? Do group stakeholders believe that these factors are irreplaceable and essential to maintain and include?

2. Strengths and weaknesses: each group has certain strengths and weaknesses and, wisely, effectively exploit the former, addressing areas of weakness Ali Sami farooq, effectively and in a relevant and sustainable way! The goal must be to make the organization stronger, better and more relevant!

3. Mission Statement: Most organizations should have, and many have, mission statements, as a component of their vision, and the reasons for – to be! Unfortunately, too often, groups never consider them, after their original formation, and for them to have maximum impact Ali Sami farooq, they should be reviewed, modified (if necessary) and/or reviewed, in order to maintain relevance and sustainability!

4. Vision: one of the essential components of strategic planning, must be, identify and state clearly, the vital and vibrant vision (or, reason, for – existence)! This must be, not simply, the same – old, the same – old, but rather, look forward, to the future, ensuring the potential to be, the best, it can be!
