February is the month of an immortal force that binds this mortal world together and this force is nothing but ‘love’. But do we really understand the term love or do we really care about understanding this term?
This is the question which made me write this letter of apology to ‘love’.
Dear love,
This is an apology to you from my side,
An apology for tarnishing your soul.
You have a refreshing essence with you,
But we’re surely making you lose it all.
You’re just an exhilarating experience,
An experience that we must cherish.
But we turned you into a deal of emotions,
As the deal dies, emotions also perish.
But you’ve not yet been left to succumb,
In some purest of hearts, you’re still alive.
You’re are there from the very beginning,
And I’m sure you’ll eternally survive.
So, lately, I developed a belief in wait,
Await that will be my journey to true love.
And this journey will be way more satisfying,
Then just getting halted by someone’s bluff.
