Are We Becoming The Puppets Of Politicians?

Why should we bother to think about politics? Till we are not used for their benefits. However, we should participate in politics not to become a politician but to aware ourselves of their chronology. Why has it become important now to talk about politics? We live in a so-called democratic country.

Being a taxpayer, one gets fed up and should be. We have seen some politicians live a luxurious life without even thinking about their people who cast votes for them. We have hundreds of politicians who don’t have primary education. What could be worse than this? But some things are worse.

Most of our Member of Parliament and Member of Legislative Area are illiterate. How unfortunate we are. We choose our representative who can’t write their name, and look at the irony, they rule us. What steps and strategies should be followed to be in power? This is the adversity; we elect them for our betterment.

Moreover, we are becoming their puppets. Even though we are more educated and some of us are CEOs of top leading companies. Despite knowing all the consequences, why do we get trapped in their frame? So far, I have observed why this happens to us. Politicians know nothing but play with our emotions. That is the only thing they can do far better that no one can dare to do.

They never fulfil their promises. If they do some small development work in their area, they put an advertisement board before the inception and love to hear and see their name on it. They always forget that that’s why they are elected. They are meant to work for the people.

Let us learn from them. People are struggling for their livelihoods and they just raise the price of essential things and make spectacles so that we get distracted. They are following the same tactics that the English followed, “dived and rule”.

Using this single formula, the British were able to rule us for many centuries. It could be justified to some extent because we were not educated back then, but what is wrong today? We are capable of understanding and sensing what is ahead.

It is high time to think about it before too late. Why do we lose our wiseness before electing such morons? Why do we lose control of our minds when they tempt us by manipulating our emotions and actuating religious beliefs? They always want to create such complications.

Nowadays, no one is bothered to talk about education, development, employment and betterment of the society where all communities can live together with no discrimination. They never want people to ask and highlight such issues because if people do, then no one will value them. Politicians want some religious issue to occur to strengthen their vote bank.
