2020 was the year that taught me endurance in adversity. it was a year full of economic glooms and uncertainty, people were losing their jobs, their loved ones, however, there was a ray of hope that we will come out of this gloom, and the same for me as well.
The lockdown threw everyone into economic uncertainty and gloom.
After the lockdown was announced amid stalled transport going to the office was not possible. We stayed at home, however, our mind was infested continuously with negative thoughts that what would happen next, would happen to our job. Hope whispered when we got our salary without deduction, however, uncertainty was still looming.
We embarked on a journey of hope for a better future when our office decided to start work from the home, something that we never did before. Since then we are getting our salary on time and we still working from home.
2020 bought itch for some and it bled for most however for people like me and my colleague it was mixed. Thanks to my employer who helped us to march into 2021 safely.
