The Time When Veteran Raj Kumar Asked Salman Khan To Go And Ask His Father Who He Is

Just like the Earth revolved around the Sun, the success revolves around man. Just as a time is set in the rotational process, the man attains fame in life at a given time. The rotational path does not remain visible, but man’s struggle is noticeable, in fact. That’s why whatever be the exhibits, they are often acknowledged.

It goes in every field of human activity. We take ample interest in noticing the determination towards accomplishment. How could it be forgotten that ‘movies are the most powerful empathy machine in all the arts,’ as was stated by American film critic Roger Joseph Ebert.

This impulse could be finely comprehended if we try to go through a substantial story related to veterans and present-day actors of Bollywood.

On the success of an old film Maine Pyaar Kiya, Suraj Barjatya threw a party that was also attended by the wonderful actor Raj Kumar. One time, he expressed his spirited desire to  meet the film’s star cast. Upon this, he was taken to introduce Salman Khan, who was totally unaware of the big actor.

So, he asked, “Who are you?” Enraged with this query, Raj Kumar felt a little more crossed over. Replying in extreme anger, he told Salman, “Son, go and ask your father who I am (राज कुमार ने सलमान खान को जवाब देते हुए कहा, ‘बेटा अपने अब्बा से पूछकर आओ कि हम कौन हैं?’)!”

Was young Salman Khan so confident to ask a big actor such as Raj Kumar to tell his identity? Was he so practical about his individuality early on? Fads, trends and things were nicer at the extent of film’s success and Salman might have thought that there was the sight success before him.

Enabled with the film’s success, he appeared to find a good time for having no meaning for presuming uncertainty. He felt a large sense of responsibility towards all. Halting from this achievement was utterly painful and hard for him. His move to look forward was completely the right thing to do. And today by using Raj Kumar’s term abba, it cannot be rejected that it is he who remains too busy to point out his son’s film calibre.
