To Fellow Women, You Might Face More Obstacles In Life, But You’ll Break Them All Soon

I am 20 years old with a passion for writing things down that matter to me or that cause changes in my life. I am a student currently, with a confused and worried mind about my future; this problem is faced by many of my friends. We all struggle every day, thinking about tomorrow, which is going to be hard but also full of surprises. I have been around some people who have dreams but lag in motivation and inspiration. At our age, we get the thought if there ever will arrive a situation that stops us from pursuing something that we like

I have mentioned all the problems I struggle with every day, and it’s a huge and very serious problem. We are the future of tomorrow, it’s so important for us to stay positive, and work hard and smart.

I used to write things when I was in my teens. It didn’t give me any satisfaction but it gave me hope to believe in myself. In India, girls aren’t given as many opportunities as boys. They are not educated with the same mindset as boys are educated with. In India, girls are expected to take care of their family and house more than their career. A girl’s career in India is not taken as seriously as it should be. And due to this mindset, girls who dream also stay behind.

No matter where you have come from and what your gender is, the only thing that matters is working hard and working towards your dream. Let them fly, give them wings.

I wanted to go into the field of hotel management, but I was told that girls only become doctors or engineers These were the two options I was given at the age of 17. With no idea about engineering, I took admission and of course, it was hard for me, but I did it. But that didn’t give me any satisfaction or excitement either.

A girl is equally capable as a boy. With so many difficulties coming their way, they tend to break all the obstacles and move further. This gives an example that girls can do so much work despite what comes in their way. I like a YouTuber named MostlySane. She had no interest in maths or science, but she is the best female YouTuber in India and that’s because she didn’t keep crying about academics and did something out of the box and out of her comfort zone. Nothing comes readymade and decorated on a plate. It takes a lot of consistent hard work and passion to achieve something.

I would like to end this blog by giving a message. No matter where you have come from and what your gender is, the only thing that matters is working hard and working towards your dream. Let them fly, give them wings.

If you are born poor, it’s not your fault, but if you die poor, it’s your fault.
