Politician’s prophetic Vision surpasses Kabir’s mystic notion

What a much-known mystic like Kabir ignored to follow long ago appeared to have not entered into the political perception of a middle-aged politician of UP’s Gorakhpur district? While delivering his scholarly speech as an MP on the opening day of the newly built ghats at the Rapti river in the district, he made a big point that death at this ghat will help the soul to attain the bliss of paradise. How easily had he exemplified his scholarly logic before the public? What Kabir, a saintly poet of his time could not profess by leaving Kashi for Maghar owing to his outright rejection of the notion of dying in Kashi brings entry into heaven. During his time, Maghar must have been a part of Gorakhpur, unlike today’s boundary limitation. It exists 24-Km far from Gorakhpur and happens to be part of the Sant Kabir Nagar district today. Kabir, a known saint, kept his idea of emancipation while an enlightened politician eases himself in a distinct disposition. He publicly explained,” Whatever setting has been effected on the ghat here…in case your death happens, you will directly go to the paradise. How elated you will feel in burning. The electricity-operated pyre is entirely up to date. Not much time will be spent….direct to heaven. ।”) The actor-turned-politician Ravi Kishan, MP seems to have delivered a kind of dialogue in his speech. Or, does it have some sage infusion? He did not appear to have guessed what he was speaking at the time. Was he competent enough to guarantee a paradise for a dead person? He appeared to have gone beyond his mundane accountability as a public representative, some could say. Kabir must be turning his back beneath the earth at his extempore assurance to the common people. It is often reiterated that Kabir moved to Maghar from Kashi in the evening of his life because he did not want to die in Kashi. The story which has been drafted to ably explain his decision, according to Babu Shyam Sundar Das, goes like this. … He must have heard from the people that dying in Kashi would help one attain salvation. Kabir, as a mystic, saint, and poet died in the year 1581. Exactly 440 years later an MP’s oration modified his penance. It can’t be altered to the ideal level. It can’t be filtered or adjusted to suit what he thinks about the location that should look like a spot of redemption in real life, anyway how well did his utterances meet people’s basic needs? Was he patted, pinched, and persuaded to point so? Of course, it was not exactly. In one stroke, the MP like the Roman gladiators implied virtues and consoled himself with philosophical reflections on death, paradise and salvation. However, crowd had no philosophy only a lurking hope.
