What has occurred inside the Bihar assembly lately was not worth applauding. It is a disturbing sign of a different time when politics runs on a completely new philosophy. It has made politicians acrimonious and bitter to one another. Allegations and counter-allegations have begun with a politicians’ serious remarks. Such scenes could be a non-serious spectacle for them, but the humble voter must not be comfortable with confrontation.
Who said what sarcastic words are now being taken up solely as a political mechanism? What to say of the ruling party leaders who never like to see the RJD legislators with a friendly gaze. Even the new entrant to the JDU party and a senior politician, Upendra Kushwaha, could not avoid himself in reviling Tejasvi Yadav in the sharper non-flowery words.
