She cleans herself in the shine of the moonlight dancing through the cracked glass of the tinted window. She gets ready yet again and goes downstairs. Another customer, today was a busy day. Her daughter, so far sleeping peacefully in the sweet cradle of ignorance, is now awakened by the moans and groans coming from behind those locked doors.

She had escaped an abusive husband by the mere skin of her teeth, she had fled that bewitched village, only to enter a town of thugs. She was traded into this business like a commodity. All she had hoped for was a better future for her daughter.

She is a woman whose character the world pointed fingers at. More than anything, she is a mother ready to do anything for her child. She is a woman who could do with a little sympathy from this heartless society. She is a warrior, fighting an unending battle. All in the hope for a better future.
