The pandemic has affected us in many ways. We are struggling to meet our daily needs and are locked up in our houses like a “house arrest”. Our daily outing for work, hang out with friends, and holidays are limited. We are somewhat distressed. This is because we are social animals, and we love to talk, walk and be around with our friends, colleagues and love to meet people.
But this pandemic has compelled us to stay in our homey environment. This creates anxiety, anger and snatches away our good mood. The worst is few of us has already taken the worst step that one shouldn’t need to do. There is a say that “there is a solution to a problem”, so yes, there must be something that could make our life more productive, hopeful and mindful.
