We all know that meditation increases our memory , confidence and many other things . Everyday if you sit quietly in a place with eyes closed in an upright position without bending the spine , the effects are clearly visible. Sit in the meditation mudra , that is padmasana and close your eyes. Then imagine a calm place , scenery , or God that you belive in or any other thing that brings a soothing effect to you . Observe it until the alarm rings. Slowly this will become conscious but initially you need to keep a timer.
