Around The World In 80 Days

Around the World in 80 days by Jules Verne is a classic novel in which our protagonist Phileas Fogg bets his companions that he can travel across the whole globe in just 80 days. He travelled through different countries, including India, in which he travelled on an elephant and freed a girl from the Sati system. The book is short, thrilling, and highly captivating. This is the second book after the journey to the centre of the earth by Jules Verne. We recommend this book to children between 12 to 15 years to give them an idea about our world and different cultures throughout our world.

Indian Railway Stories 

Indian railway stories by Ruskin bond is a collection of short stories by different writers based on the central theme of Indian Railways. Some stories of being before independence and some stories are after independence. The significant authors are Khushwant Singh, Satyajeet Rai, R.K. Lakshman, Jules Verne, Ruskin bond, Manoj Das, Victor Banerjee, Manoj Mitra, and Jim Corbett. Stories are fascinating to read. We recommend this to children above the age of 13. There is as such no profane language in the book.

Again, this masterpiece is written by Ruskin Bond, in which he described the story of an expensive blue umbrella. Ruskin bond deals with very complex human psychology matters like Envy, jealousy, grief, and fame. About a girl Binya who sold her necklace to get a Blue umbrella which was like pride; everyone in a village feels jealous because of her cause of the beautiful umbrella. But one of the villagers got very jealous of her umbrella, and he did something very horrible.
