Masks Or Feelings? Wearing A Mask Is The Responsible Choice

It is running every time in our mind that “Mask and social distancing are the only solutions for the coronavirus at pre-vaccination“. We hear it from everywhere like from media, news, every advertisement, newspapers and a lot of people. Even though we are human beings, we have emotions and feelings by birth.

Representational image.

Wearing masks and obeying social distancing are divided into taking into account the place at which we are and the person who is in front of us. It is different at the workplace, different at home, and different at the market. It varies with the situation in which we are.

We are going to refer to two scenarios of decisions taken by a person, being in a situation that is choosing among two things.

Firstly, I’m going to consider the behavior of a person who is in the market. In the market, we are so much sensitive regarding the coronavirus and keep following the corona guidelines as much as we can. Obviously, I’m talking about a responsible citizen and human being. A person before recognizing who is in front of her will be getting prepared for how to talk with her in the market no matter who the person is. Is she my friend or Is she my relative?

Secondly, we’ll consider the person who is in a crisis of feelings. The person gets in the situation that another person who is in front of him is one among his close friends. Now he is confused whether he has to follow the corona guidelines or he has to hurt the sentiments of his friends. It is only the single perspective and generally, we are indeed in a situation of confusion and our subconscious mind alerts us that what will he think.

I just want to express that in the battle of our feelings and responsibility we should always give priority to our responsibilities because following the order of our feelings can cause harm but going with responsibilities is always favor in us and for the others also.
