Bargaining is a skill which cover considerable part of Commerce. Any skill can be reached to the level of perfection with practice and experience. I also caught in the trap of Bargaining . It has its own definition depending on the situation.
Sometimes I feel that I’m in loss after a certain deal. It can be my illusion but I don’t try to confirm it. Difference of amount can vary place to place. We are going to consider some of the scenarios.

It is the place where always a chance of reduction in the amount presented by shopkeeper. Some shopkeepers give relief based on interpersonal relationships or through any identification.

At medical store there is no chance of any discount if there is not the case in which the sum ended up to a high amount.
