# Mental Health #Being a good Human
Hello friends, first thing first, this article doesn’t aimed to demotivate you but to give you a “Realistic get-together” of the pros-cons of being a government-job aspirant. we are going to discuss about the extent of mental pressure through which he/she have to go through and how to deal with failure.
DAY-DREAMERS
we are flooded with the highly- influential ads of being an IAS officer in India. by continuously watching ads related to the people who have cracked those exams, we got hypnotized and starts day dreaming ourselves on their place but we actually forgot to place ourselves into his/her shoes. example we don’t know that how many sleepless nights they had gone through and how many times they had failed and it is really difficult for anyone to isolate for a long time, away from having a social life. it is also difficult to stay jobless for years just for Govt job preparation as you have to make 8-9 hours daily for study.
why the government job is in demand? the answer is it has decent salary , high job security and flexible working hours.
DEADLY PERKS OF BEING AN GOVT-JOB ASPIRANT
Every year lakhs of students applied for upsc, banking exams but only few are able to make it. the answer is simple “mindset”. hence it preparation is nothing but a “depressing scenario”. one have to give 8-9 hours daily for mock practices, worksheet practices and learning the core concepts. the process continues for 1-2 days but on the every 3rd day he/she went to “extreme demotivated zone”.
The following are the basic fears of students who wish for IAS preparation and those who are facing daily-life struggles-:
- fear of poverty(being jobless for the entire life)
- They transform themselves into an “anti-social type” from being a “born-free type” of person.
- fear of society and technology’s rapid-transformation.
- lack of happiness and financial stability.
- fear of loosing hope and confidence by getting continuous failures.
THE BRAHMASTRA SOLUTION
don’t forget that the working class people are also preparing for the same exams and they have to face 3x time harder difficulties than the students who have devoted their whole time to study books for IAS exams as they aren’t earning or have responsibilities on themselves. the healthy solution is that “a recipe of focused and healthy mindset”. Yaah! the key ingredients are- strong will power, concentrated execution, hope and confidence and last but not the least self-affirmation. with this you can definitely achieve your goals which have been self-affirmed by you.
Plan your goals-> set objectives with respect to time-> execute and repeat.
