This pandemic has affected everyone’s mental health in either positive or negative ways. People get off tracked of their busy schedules and have experienced a relatively relaxed lifestyle free from the burden of mundane life. They are getting more family time, more time for their own well being, which really helped to improve their mental health.
But as every coin has two sides, this pandemic also has many negative effects on our mental health. People become more introverted because of a lack of socializing. They become more frustrated and short-tempered than before. Because of the lockdown, the physical health of a lot of people is also disturbed which in turn badly affect their mental health as well.
The mental health of students also hits badly due to online learning, which is reducing the education to only attending classes and submitting assignments rather than a composite activity of developing a personality, a humanistic behaviour, and a holistic way of learning with extra-curricular activities.
Though there are many positive impacts of the pandemic the negative ones seem to override them, leading to a disturbed human life.
