What Next For Chirag Paswan And Tejashwi Yadav In Bihar?

Tejashwi Yadav and Chirag Paswan

Maybe it’s too early to predict anything about Chirag Paswan, who may try to negotiate further with his party’s leadership and cadre if for arithmetically and strategically cobbling an electoral partnership with the Rashtriya Janta Dal broadbasing its acceptance across castes and communities.

Tejashwi Yadav and Chirag Paswan.

Chirag should take the plunge for the better of his political career, capital and capacity, aiding Lok Janshakti Party’s extension. Pashupati Paras may have played his part by aligning with JDUs Lalan Singh securing the obedience and loyalty of five of the six party’s member of parliament.

But this isn’t hurting Chirag either, who still is the party president, given the sentiments and faith of party workers and cadres. It is the party’s national executive taking a call on the next party president. Will Pashupati Paras be able to command obedience and acceptance of party functionaries if for a situation suitably favouring Chirag.

Staking a claim to the party’s symbol may appear wishful for the camp with enough numbers on the papers, but for the legitimacy of leadership, it is Chirag Paswan persuading and presiding over the affairs of his party. For this fact, a Tejashwi Prasad Yadav thinks that LJP can be RJDs best buy in arousing, arranging and mobilising a chunk of OBC and SC voters apart from Yadav’s and Paswan’s polarised and pauperised by the government for huge chunks and grants of schemes.

Both Tejashwi and Chirag are in themselves icons and ambassador of Bihar with a charming chase, determination and dedication to contribute their bit towards the amelioration and upliftment of those fighting for basic and valuable resources. Brought under the shadow of Laloo and Ramvilas, they are equipped in handling showdowns, keeping the door open on their detractors.

Manjhi and Sahani observing the situation quietly and closely are enough to give goosebumps to Nitish’s NDA alliance.
