Even If I Lose Weight, I’ll Never Lose The Tags I Got Growing Up

So, here’s a thing I want to share because if I don’t, I won’t be able to sleep at night anymore.

All my life, I grew up listening that you are too healthy, too fat, too chubby, “aloo”, “potato”, “pumpkin”, and all other kinds of similar appellations. So as a kid, I always thought low of myself as I was chubby, though none of it was ever my fault.

Later, as years passed and I grew up, I tried to shape myself physically. I thought if I did better with my body, I might have a “Katrina Kaif’s body”, which obviously most people worship. I lost weight. But then I found out that even if I lose or gain weight, I will never lose those tags and names I got growing up. And gradually, I got used to those phrases.

But then I guess something inside me kicked today, that it’s not fair, it’s not right, and more importantly, I don’t need to hear them, especially from a bunch of people who don’t even know me properly. I deserve better. And everyone who tags me by these kinds of appellations deserves better.

I’m just so disgusted by people giving me their unwanted advice and cuntish opinions in the name of “trying to help”. No, dude, I don’t need your help. I got enough to help myself. I don’t need your opinions on it. Now stop this nonsense, yaar.

I feel very well and good about my body. So who the hell are you guys to tell how I or anyone should look like? I really got an awesome brain to think about what’s good for me and what I should do, so stop thinking of me. Instead, use your brains to mind your own chores.

To all the people who think that they aren’t perfect, I just want to say, babe, you are just perfect the way you are. Stop comparing yourself to anyone. You are enough and worthy of everything you want. You don’t have to listen to people who manipulate you to think otherwise.

Beautiful and confident is never about your body. Skinny or chubby, all are good and beautiful in their own way.

And to all those people who come to give free and unnecessary advice, I guess you should mind your business instead of studying anyone’s body type.
