What Is So Wrong With Being Born A Woman?

“Wear a bra.” “Why aren’t you wearing enough clothes.” ” Why are you wearing such short shorts.” and “Cover your chest, your cleavage and bra strap are showing.”

If you are a girl or a woman, you must have heard these comments verbatim a zillion times. Even if you are at home, you’ve got to cover up, girl, there are men in the house. Honestly, I am sick and tired of hearing these statements or even covering up to avoid stares by men. Is it really a crime to have breasts, nipples (which men also have) or even legs?

I know these are some things men are attracted to (maybe unintentionally). There are multiple reasons for that, one of them could be that they are jealous for not having them. Well, that doesn’t mean you go out of control.

I refuse to understand why women are seen as mere sexual objects. Is it wrong to even be a woman?

Seriously, think about it. Men are allowed to roam around in their vests and be free without any objections. But on the flip side, if women were to do the same, they would be looked down upon and stared at. Some men would even sexually assault them and nobody would say a word. Of course, it’s a male-dominated society, so naturally, nobody minds what men do.

These breasts are just a  mass of fat given to us by birth, and nothing else. Yet, they are stared at. You sexualise the same breasts from where you drank milk as a baby? Have you seen the ridiculousness and irony of the situation?

Even if a woman wears full-covered clothes, she is raped. I refuse to understand why women are seen as mere sexual objects. Is it wrong to even be a woman? Guess what, for the men out there, we don’t care anymore about what you think. We will fight back, right ladies?

Let’s treat men the way they treat us. Whistle back at them, stare at them. We are not going to be scared of you anymore. We will wear whatever we want to, so beware of the consequences if you come in our way.
