Have You Ever Felt Like Everyone Is Succeeding And You Aren’t?

This is not a story or a moral article. It’s more of a view, a perception, an observation that I have come across, and I am keen to know if this is something everyone goes through. Often we take up tasks and try to complete them efficiently, but when we fail or, due to some reason, give up, we are surrounded by millions of questions- “How could you not?”, “You did not give it your all!”, “You have all the options and help!”, “How could you not succeed?”

Sometimes, it’s more than just dependent on us as to how we proceed to do something. I believe that a lot of minute things influence our strengths, our abilities, sometimes. We try and try again, but when we see no light at the end of the tunnel, it becomes frustrating.

No one can deny the fact a new spirit to do things arises only when we achieve some accomplishment in our work. Still, if we can’t seem to find it, maybe we should take a break from doing it the way everyone wants us to do it. Not everybody can go after the same thing in the same manner as their predecessors and find victory.

All of us have a different pace, but none of us really care about it because our instinct is always to do what is safe, which task has some surety and often leads to more disappointments than encouragement. None of us here are machines that can run on the same program we are beings. No one except yourself can know how you perform a piece of work better or what is it that you like to do.

So all I am trying to say is stop doing the same things. Not all can follow the same path and achieve similar things, and you can take a long shot and still be happy if you enjoy what you are doing. Everyone is different, so own it, don’t hide it. So my question is, are you ready to be different?
