In a recent episode of Bigg Boss OTT, there was a discussion between Akshara Singh and Urfi Javed about the age of actress Shamita Shetty. Akshara had told Shamita to be of her mother’s age. To this Kamal R Khan (KRK) reacted on Twitter. In the show, Akshara called Shamita ‘Maasi’ and claimed that Shamita Shetty is as big as her mother.
Kamal R Khan himself has been a contestant in Bigg Boss 3 with Shamita Shetty. KRK has claimed that Shamita is 48 years old. However, Twitter users jumped to Shamita Shetty’s defense and reminded KRK that her elder sister Shilpa Shetty is also younger than 48 years. One user wrote, “Shilpa is 46 years old so how can Shamita be 48.” Another user wrote, “Google it man hashtag Shamita Shetty,” another user wrote, “While Shilpa is 46 years old, Shamita is 42 years old.”

Shamita Shetty was a part of Bigg Boss 3
Shamita Shetty had earlier participated in Bigg Boss 3, but left the show midway to attend the wedding of Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty. He is now a contestant on Bigg Boss OTT, which will run for six weeks. It is going on air on Voot before the TV version of the show ‘Bigg Boss 15’. It is being hosted by Karan Johar.
