Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani are on a mission to create great stories for their audience. After the huge success of Kabir Singh, the producing duo have announced several major projects including bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan Starrer Bhool Bhulaiya 2, and animal director Sandeep Vanga starring Ranbir Kapoor, and now they are all set to create the new Hindi version of the hit Tamil Movie “Thadam”. The producer duo has hired Aditya Roy Kapur to rehearse the title character in this thriller.

Based on a true story, this untitled action thriller will see Aditya Roy Kapur in a double role for the first time in two completely different avatars. Directed by new director Vardhan Ketkar, the film is tentatively slated to hit floors in September this year.

Talking about his recent relationship with Murad Khetani and working again with Aditya Roy Kapur, Producer Bhushan Kumar said, “When Murad Bhai shared the idea of Indian Thadam remake, he was excited because it received so much praise in the south. Like. Brained people always have fun, That’s why I love collaborating with Murad Bhai. The last movie we made with Aditya was an action movie and we all love that role. We all agree that it would suit the characters too.”

Since the release of Thadam in 2019, producer Murad Khaitani has been keen on making the film for the Indian audience. Talking about the film, he said, “When I saw Thadam, I immediately knew that this story had to reach the masses. Soon after I contacted the Tamil creators and got the rights to produce this film in Hindi. When I told the story to Pushangi, he immediately sat down. Aditya does a job Fantastic and her image as a hero in action is much appreciated.Since our movie needs a strong character like his, we contacted him and he immediately agreed to join.We are also looking forward to working with Vardhan Ketkar, who will be making his debut with Thadam.
