We feel relaxed when we sit in Nature. We feel safe as we inhale oxygen. It makes our breath fresh and relaxes us. We feel stress-free and emotionally well. The pandemic has had a bad effect over our mental health and we need to take steps in order to recover from this setback.

And for this, Nature is the best cure. Earlier, the news would say that this pandemic will soon be gone. But it now has different types including Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta variants of the same virus. It seems that the pandemic is not going anywhere for a long time. The lockdown has affected us both physically and mentally.

Mental growth is essential for human beings to survive, but during the lockdown, we have become mentally weak and unstable. We keep on wondering about death: what will happen to work and family?, who will take care of all the things? Are all people questioning themselves with these thoughts? We are unable to eat or sleep well. What if the pandemic intensifies and our family becomes the next victim? There are many questions left to answer.
