Brutality of it

The firing at Rohini court has exposed the brutality of the system seeking to preserve and protect the interests of a few at the expanse of the others. With a system that is reluctant, repulsive and passive to the queries and questions of common and ordinary. Jitender Maan alias Gogi who was lodged in Delhi,s Tihar Jail since March last year was allegedly killed by the rival Tillu Tajpuriya gang in a broad daylight later being short at by the special cell of Delhi Police inside the courtroom. I would like to argue whom do we hold accountable for this massive lapse? Who is to be blamed and believed as for the authorities and agencies of the Delhi Government and Centre indulging in cat fight over the thin line separating their administrative controls and power as for the status of capital as Union Territory. Shouldn’t the lieutenant governor be interpreting and investigating the book of rules and laws by being the refree than a participant jumping to conclude in all his esteem without going into the merits of the case. Refraining from consulting Delhi government and centre when it comes to the maintenance of law and order in a semi state like Delhi running a risk of seize by vested groups and interests. Delhi riots, farmers agitation etc are some of the illustrations of the unprofessional character of the Delhi Police force loosely defining and descripting their authority and charge. Taking a back seat when they clashed with the lawyer’s at Tis Hazari serving a vital blow to their integrity and reputation. Well, where is the Home Ministry declining to draft and detail the provisions its high time those associated, involved and engaged with legal fraternity are made to suffer. Its short-sightedness to perceive them as soft targets impacting and influencing the roadmap for policies and reforms
