I maintain that Nitish Kumar can throw a challenge towards BJP by conducting a state-specific caste census, acquainting himself with the actual positions of EBCs and MBCs, a vocal constituency of Sushasan Babu hailing and praising him for facilitating reforms and resources, enhancing and empowering them socially, politically, economically and culturally.
This has the potential to take the fight to RJD touring the state informing these sections of the benefits and merits of this census with Nitish Babu emerging as the ultimate victor.
A rethink will see him reversing the fortunes and prospects of the state as for the implementation of schemes and not SOPS aimed at their entitlements as a conscious citizen who is in no way duty-bound to preserve the parochial prejudices of the past, limiting their upward mobility in the hierarchy.
