You’ll Have Good And Bad Days In Your Healing, But Don’t Forget To Love Yourself

Our life is a series of events. Some are bad and some are good. Sometimes, these events occur according to our wanting, and sometimes, according to our needs. The unexpected things, the things that occur according to our needs, occur to teach us important lessons in our life. Those events may have given us unbearable pain, struggle or left a wound, but they also give us a valuable lesson. And only when those lessons are learnt will you understand the importance of those bad events. Those lessons will become your assets to live your life more comfortably and steadily in the future.

On some days, you will feel that you are over your heartbreak, on others, you will be unable to move.

There will be good and bad days. Many days will be about reminiscing on what you could’ve done to change the outcome, while other days will be about happily living your best life. There will be moments when you will feel completely over heartbreak and then there will be random moments when the heartbreak will hit you all over again. Through it all, remember that you’re a human. It’s normal to feel, to break down, to smile, to take all the time you need to move on.

Sometimes, you feel an emptiness, an emptiness that you don’t know how to fill. You are missing something or maybe someone. Look around you, but above all, I tell you to look inside yourself, because the emptiness you feel is the emptiness that your heart feels. Maybe what you really miss is your love, it’s the love you have to give to yourself. Learn to love yourself because every part of you deserves to be loved, especially by yourself.

Healing is messy.
