It’s Time We Change How We Think. It’s Time For Women To Be Equal.

Gender equality might have improved over the years but India’s working women still contend with the strongest gender bias in most areas. The gender difference in India is more in contrast to other countries. The gender gap index is one in multi-dimensional measures of gender disparity. Gender inequality limits access to quality health services and contributes to avoidable morbidity and mortality rates in women.

Our mindsets need to change and we need to be more proactive in our approaches.

It is high time that we women speak up for ourselves. It’s time we make a change. India is a well-developed country and to think of the fact that some women are still excluded from certain experiences and jobs and much more is disgusting. Our mindsets need to change and we need to be more proactive in our approaches.

Gender inequality and poor education are some of the reasons for intimate partner violence. The thought that men have to be the head of the house is incorrect. It shows that our thinking has not changed and is in need of a full cleanse. Men need to understand the capabilities of women and how we can do just as much as them and even more.

It’s time we change how we think and what we do. It’s time for women to be equal.
