Poem: Hey! Don’t Be Anxious

woman covering face

There is a boy, very young, creative and enthusiastic,

He always thinks pure and realistic.

He is a student with brilliancy,

always bewildered with some great fantasy

He wants to be big, bigger and the biggest

Poverty is the one which prevents him to be the fastest.

For better reading,

Nowadays he is doing yoga

to attend more concentration

to study,

He struggles 24/7,

just to be an earner.

He wants his family safe, secure and smiling.

Of late there is a smell of something sinister

over his behaviour:

mostly worried and distracted,

and on his face there is some fear!

I ask him,”what has happened?”

He says that he is scared of “corruption”

and “malfunction”

At morning when he use to sit to meditate,

that quoted texts start into his brain to irritate

When he goes somewhere,

He use to be asked,”What is he doing?”

He replies as usual,

After hearing, “He is preparing for govt. services”

Many of them say about “hush money”

and “political dominance”

“He can’t fly without those wings

They warn as usual

That’s why he is worrying.”

I assure him not to cultivate those sense,

and say,

“You have your own strength:

Talent, Determination and power of Perseverance

which will be your swords

to conquer over anything bad.”

So, I recommend you just to forget that.

After which he smiles

which I want to be continued
