It’s quite simple, just drain the water from a can of peas and put the peas in a bowl. Add a little chopped vegetable and a tablespoon or so of mayonnaise. Blend them together. That’s the fundamental recipe, and below are a few hints to spice it up.

1. Add a slice of finely chopped onion. You don’t need a good deal and it surely adds flavour.

9. A pinch of salt will carry the flavours together.

10. You may also want to add a can of beans consisting of inexperienced, waxed, garbanzo, kidney and many others. Any kind of salad bean will do. This is an exceptional way to make your salad more thrilling.
