Will Either Dalit Leaders Be Able To Win UP By Contesting Separately?

Mayawati and Chandrashekhar Azad Ravan.

Election Commission fixed dates for elections in five states of India. The election will be held in several phases. All the parties are active on social media and are continuously spreading publicity.

Out of the five states, mainly all the parties are in focus as Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of assembly seats out of all the states. Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of Dalit voters so all parties are focusing on Dalit votes. But the buzz is who dalits will vote for in the 2022 elections.

Mayawati and Chandrashekhar Azad Ravan.

The Azad Samaj Party national president Chandrashekhar Azad is one of two big Dalit leaders contesting separate elections.

Will Dalit votes be shattered? Uttar Pradesh has a large Dalit population and Dalits vote for Mayawati on the one side and Chandrashekhar on the other hand. The vote will be shattered and it will lead to a big defeat for both Dalit leaders if both of them. If any leader aligns with the other party, the victory of that coalition party will be certain.

If you talk about Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party, the main thing is that now the Bahujan Samaj Party has held a lot of conferences with the Brahmin community together, the biggest question is whether the Brahmin community will vote for the Bahujan Samaj Party.

If the Brahmin community votes for the Bahujan Samaj Party, the defeat of the BJP will be certain because most Brahmins support the BJP, but if the Brahmin who supports the BJP votes for the Bahujan Samaj Party, for the time being, it will give a big boost to the BSP.

Mayawati has given the responsibility to many senior leaders of the Jat community. If the Jat community also votes for the BSP in full, the BSPs victory will be certain, then the question also arises whether the Jat community will vote for them.

The government has directed that all parties not hold rallies due to Corona.
